eAlerts

New eAlerts Keep You in Control
Know what's going on in your Carter Federal Credit Union accounts by staying up to date on all your activity with free daily online banking alerts. You can choose from a variety of different types of alerts, such as notification that your Carter FCU loan payment is due, or that a specific transaction has cleared. And you can receive them via email and text message. eAlerts can help you monitor account activity and avoid overdraft fees by letting you know when your checking account balance drops below a level.

eMobile

Carter eMobile is the answer to the growing demand for mobile banking. This free service is for members who want to access a variety of banking and payment services anytime, anywhere using their mobile phone, PDA or other mobile devices. Check balances, transfer funds, pay bills through ePay, and more. To sign up for this service, log onto eAccess, go to the YOUR ACCOUNTS tab, and select the link for eMobile. Then just click the “Allow Mobile Access” and enrollment is automatic. Using any handheld device, you can go to www.carterfcu.mobi.

eStatements

Forget waiting for the mail - enroll in eStatements and view your CFCU statement electronically at your convenience. Up to 15 months of statements available at the click of a button. Requires: current email address and a Carter Federal checking account.

eWire Carter eWire enables you to submit an electronic wire transfer request through the convenience and security of Carter eAccess (Internet Account Access).

OpenTransfers OpenTransfers makes moving money easy! Transfer funds from other financial institutions to your Carter Federal accounts or transfer funds to your accounts at other financial institutions.

Log onto eAccess to set-up your external accounts. To complete the set-up process for each external account, confirmation of three small penny transactions (less than 26¢ each) is required. Once these amounts have been entered on the the OpenTransfers page in eAccess, you can begin tranferring to or from the external account(s). Three to four days should be allowed for all external remote transfers.
